A Scar on the Stone. Here! Here, beneath this clinging grey cave-creeper...you tear it eagerly away. Beneath its withered tendrils, letters of the Correspondence are carved into the stone. They scorch your fingertips as you brush your hand across them. This one means accursed, in the sense of 'lost in a night which never sees starlight.' This one means revenge, in the sense of a cataclysmic collision. This is breath. This is its absence. And here, this has the superscript which indicates a name... but the name has been chiselled away. Yet you feel in your hungry bones whose name it was. Mr Eaten's name, you are certain, is a word in the Correspondence!

He loves books and tales, and fell in love with Gale the first time they shared inspiration together, with Halsin swift to follow. Has a tendency to hide within his Barkskin as a maladaptive coping mechanism to deal with the endless noise and people of the world outside his beloved woods.

Rogue Sniper, Antivan Crow. Caul was born Fade-touched to an old clan of Katali-Qeshari Qunari. Unable to handle the rest of his life of restrictions and pity ahead, he left at age 12 and was taken in by the de Rivas.
As a Crow, he gained a reputation for his accuracy, stealth and patience in carrying out his contracts as a sniper. He focuses on distance-kills due to the injury to his leg from a poisoned knife.
